    <Title>Security Tips</Title>
    <Content>
      There&apos;s virtual economy allows you to enjoy shopping, trading, and selling in-world
         items to other members. To help maintain the security of your account, we recommend that
         our members keep following tips in mind:
      <br />
      <br />
      <ol>
        <li>
          <strong>Never share your There password or secret answer</strong>
          <br />
          There employees will never ask you for your password and true friends
                     won&apos;t ask for it either. If you give someone your password they&apos;ll
                     be able to access your inventory and steal your stuff. Report any attempts to
                     gain account access to
          <a href="mailto:help@there.com" id="mailLink2">Customer Support</a>
          .
          <script type="text/javascript">document.getElementById(&apos;mailLink2&apos;).href = &quot;mailto:&quot; + helpMail();</script>
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Make your password and secret answer hard to guess</strong>
          <br />
          To create a secure password, use a mix of numbers and letters that no one
                     else knows. Do not use your birthday, anniversary or pet&apos;s name as your
                     password.
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Don&apos;t give someone else access to your email account</strong>
          <br />
          By giving someone else to access the email account that you used to register
                     for There, you may also be giving them access to important account information.
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>If in doubt, change your password</strong>
          <br />
          If you have given your password to anyone recently, or if your password is an
                     easily guessed word or a word from the dictionary, you should change it
                     immediately.
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Never share your credit card number</strong>
          <br />
          There employees will never ask you for your credit card number in-world or via
                     email. If you call Customer Service, a representative may ask you to verify the
                     last 4 digits. Any attempts to gain your full credit number should be reported
                     immediately to
          <a href="mailto:help@there.com" id="mailLink">Customer Support</a>
          .
          <script type="text/javascript">document.getElementById(&apos;mailLink&apos;).href = &quot;mailto:&quot; + helpMail();</script>
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Use the Secure Trade Window for all trades</strong>
          <br />
          To begin a secure trade, find the item you&apos;d like to trade them in your
                     MyThings or ChangeMe menu, and select the &quot;Trade&quot; menu option for that item.

          .
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Report scamming and &quot;phishing&quot; attempts</strong>
          <br />
          If you believe you&apos;ve been scammed, or if anyone in There asks you for your
                     password, secret answer, or credit card number, you should immediately place them on
                     Ignore (click their nametag and choose Ignore) and then report the incident to
          <a href="mailto:help@there.com" id="mailLink3">Customer Support</a>
          .
          <script type="text/javascript">document.getElementById(&apos;mailLink3&apos;).href = &quot;mailto:&quot; + helpMail();</script>
        </li>
        <br />
        <br />
        <li>
          <strong>Log out when you&apos;re finished</strong>
          <br />
          Log out of your account when you need to go AFK for an extended period of time,
                              especially when you&apos;re using a public computer, a friend&apos;s computer,
                              or any computer that you share with someone else.
        </li>
      </ol>
